![]() ![]() I didn't see your reply until now, but just in case you're still following/watching this thread - Thanks for the suggestion, I'll definitely look into SteerMouse. Logitech strength was great hardware with properly tailored drivers. We need simple and efficient, not bloated, power hungry, bugged software. Any other features should be optional for god's sake. what the heck ? Please report to whoever is responsible that we need a lightweight, efficient (M1 compatible and Intel) version of your driver. I had a bolt software that was installed with a Logi Option update when I don't have such a dongle, and it added the menu bar item and services/daemon that are started at login. U/LogitechG_AA, I know you have a tough job being here and taking the heat, but for such a big name company, I feel let down for these 2 reasons : software becoming such a pain, no USB-C dongle. I will try to get all my settings in SteerMouse, and if it works the way I want it, bye bye Logi Options.Īt least SteerMouse IS compatible with Apple Silicon. And what about a USB-C unifying dongle might I ask. The mouse itself is really good, it's the software that gets really bad. I wonder if I can sell all this Logitech junk online? They don't support their products.they don't care about their users.and their stuff just does not work. ![]() I am not ever again going to waste my money on a 'premium' Logitech product. These devices do not have the button mapping.but then without the Logitech Options software I don't have that with their hardware. Just went on Amazon and found that for about $60, I can purchase a no-name bluetooth keyboard and mouse which look like the Logitech MX Keys and MX Master 3. Reached out to LogiC**p support and they said as many have commented that they are working on a solution which will be available sometime in the future. I bought the Logitech Master 3 and MX Keys because the hardware seemed nice and thought they would support the purchase. Removed Logi Options and the computer is now stable, but keys like home and page up and page down don't work. It also for some reason interferes with web conferencing software such as WebEx and Chime. Same here! Logi Options causes my M1 Mac to crash 1-3x per day.
